We will strive to: -

• Deliver promptly (4 weeks maximum with notification of any delay)
• Keep postage to a minimum (typically just £4.95)
• Guarantee satisfaction –if for any reason you decide not to keep an item, you can return it for a refund or replacement within 14 days. Non-faulty items must be returned, at customer’s own expense, in their original packaging and must be in an unused condition.
